PURPOSE: A laundry treatment apparatus is provided to supply wash water into a detergent box and incline a part of the detergent box after powder detergent is mixed with the wash water, thereby easily discharging the wash water mixed with powder detergent from the detergent box. CONSTITUTION: A detergent box housing (56) is disposed within a cabinet. A detergent box (64) is disposed in the inner side of the detergent box housing and capable of being inserted into or drawn out of the detergent box housing. A dispenser (58) is disposed at an upper side of the detergent box to feed wash water. A powder detergent accommodation portion (64a) of the detergent box accommodates detergent. A detergent mixing unit (64a) is rotatably coupled to the powder detergent accommodation portion.
