摘要 PURPOSE: An output variable type low voltage converter control system for a hybrid vehicle and a controlling method of the same are provided to improve the acceleration performance and driving fuel efficiency of an electric vehicle or the hybrid vehicle by variably controlling the output of a low voltage converter by the charging condition. CONSTITUTION: An output variable type low voltage converter control system comprises the following: a high voltage inverter (10) outputting driving load information regarding a drive motor generator, and transferring powder between a high voltage battery (3) and the drive motor generator (1) by mutually converting the power into DC-AC; a current sensor outputting the driving load information regarding the drive motor generator after detecting the current flow between the high voltage inverter and the drive motor generator by being installed in between the high voltage battery and the drive motor generator; a low voltage inverter (20) outputting low voltage powder by receiving the power from the high voltage battery; a battery sensor (30) sensing the charging condition of a low voltage battery (7); and a controller (40) variably controlling the output of the low voltage inverter by the charging condition of the low voltage battery detected from the battery sensor, and the driving load information transmitted from the high voltage inverter.
