PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for accurately managing the quality of air mortar at a faraway installation site.SOLUTION: In an air mortar installation method, base mortar being forcibly fed via a duct and bubbles are mixed by a "mixer" to continuously produce air mortar to be supplied to an installation site via the duct. In this case, at least a flow amount Qand a gauge pressure Pof the air mortar flowing in the duct are measured, and these measurement values are used for estimating the air content (volume %) of the air mortar to be supplied to the installation site. When the estimation value for the air content is out of a set target range, such an operation is carried out as to regulate the ratio of a base mortar flow amount Qb to a bubble flow amount to be introduced into the mixer to achieve the target range. |
