PURPOSE: A gear shifting system is provided to control a parking gear control lever connected to an end of a cable by facilitating a user to automatically or manually control the position of the cable connected to a transmission. CONSTITUTION: A gear shifting system comprises a parking gear transmission, a control unit, and a transmission. The parking gear transmission comprises a main body (110), a rotator (120), and a cable (130). The main body comprises a guide groove and a fixing groove connected to the guide groove. The rotator comprises a fixing pin (122). The fixing pin moves along with the guide groove to limit a rotation route and a rotation angle. The fixing pin fixes the rotator by being settled in the fixing groove when the rotator rotates at a predetermined angle. One end of the cable is connected to the rotator.
