OCCLUSION DEVICE FOR LINEAR EXCISION ANASTOMAT FOR SURGERY

An occlusion device for a linear excision anastomat for surgery, comprising a stapler supporting base (1), an assembly base (2), a stapler supporting base frame (3), an occlusion lead screw (4) and a drive rod (5); the occlusion lead screw (4) is connected to an occlusion knob (7) at one end, and is movably installed with an occlusion nut (8) at the other end; the occlusion nut (8) is fixed with a drive pin (9) thereon; the drive rod (5) is provided with a first sliding groove (5-1) thereon mating with the drive pin (9); the stapler supporting base frame (3) is hingedly connected to two connecting rods (6); the other ends of the connecting rods (6) are hingedly connected to the drive rod (5) on a first pin shaft (11); the stapler supporting base (1) is provided with a first sliding groove (1-1) thereon mating with the first pin shaft (11); the stapler supporting base (1) is also sleeved with a second pin shaft (12) at the tail end; and the assembly base (2) is provided with a second sliding groove (2-1) thereon mating with the second pin shaft (12). The occlusion device achieves consistency between instrumental occlusion height and anastomosis height during physiological tissue occlusion, and is suitable for physiological tissues of different thicknesses, thus ensuring surgery quality.
