PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens structure, and a fabrication method of the microlens structure.SOLUTION: The microlens structure includes: a microlens element having a first refraction index; a first film disposed on the microlens element and having a second refraction index less than the first refraction index; and a second film disposed on the first film and having a third refraction index less than the second refraction index and greater than the refraction index of the air.
