The base platform (B) is formed as one-piece plastic component (K), where a supporting structure is made from plastic, particularly a fiber-reinforced plastic, at which a soft component is integrally or positively applied as a slip-resistant bearing. The plastic of the supporting structure is formed from a thermoplastic or a thermosetting material. The soft component is formed from an elastomer, particularly rubber or a thermoplastic elastomer. The supporting structure is provided with an integrated fastening unit for a pedal set comprising a pedal. An independent claim is included for a method for producing two different variants of a base platform.
