PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for causing a processor to output pulse code modulation (PCM) data and bit clock signals for synchronization with the PCM data, thereby performing voice output.SOLUTION: A voice output device (1) includes: a microprocessor (10), and an audio device (20) for driving a speaker (35) on the basis of PCM data output from the microprocessor. The audio device includes a serial audio interface (21) for transmitting a data request to the microprocessor at a predetermined timing to obtain the PCM data output from the microprocessor by interruption processing in response to the data request, on the basis of bit clock signals output from the microprocessor. Accordingly, a speaker can be driven on the basis of the bit clock signals and the PCM data, which are output by using the interruption processing of the microprocessor. |
