PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood cell analysis device, a blood cell analysis method and a computer program which enable accurate measurement of a sample without sucking enough amount of the sample at once to deal with all measurement items even if the types and number of measurement items differ from sample to sample in a multi-item blood cell analysis device.SOLUTION: When the blood cell analysis device receives a measurement order to which basic items are assigned in whole blood measurement mode, 88 μL of a blood sample is sucked at once and used for measuring the basic items. When the blood cell analysis device receives a measurement order to which the basic items and HPC are assigned in HPC measurement mode, 88 μL of the blood sample is sucked at once and used for measuring the basic items, and then, 100 μL of the blood sample is sucked at once and used for measuring HPC. |
