PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of high-crystalline barium titanate and highly crystalline barium titanate powder manufactured with the method are provided improve high crystallization axial ratio, particle size distribution, and dispersibility by slowly planting under high temperature and pressure a seed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of highly crystalline barium titanate comprises next steps: preparing ionized BaOH by heating Barium(Ba)(S1); preparing titanium(Ti) original material which is dispersed in acid or base(S2); obtaining barium titanate seed by mixing and reacting the BaOH and titanium atom ash(S3); growing the barium titanate seed under high temperature and pressure by mixing with pure water and grain growth inhibitor(S4,S5); and manufacturing highly crystalline barium titanate powder(S6). The step (S3) operates at 80 degree Celsius or greater. |
