PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static pressure guide device in which an amount of foreign matter mixed in a lubrication fluid discharged from a pad is further reduced.SOLUTION: A static pressure guide device (AS) includes: a base part (1); and a pad part (P9) which has a through-hole (3a) and is arranged in the base part (1) so that one opening (3a1) of the through-hole (3a) is opposed to the base part (1). A fluid (FL) is discharged to the outside from the other opening (3a2) of the through-hole (3a) and a moving body (D) is guided/supported by the pad part (P9) while interposing the fluid (FL) between the pad part (P9) and the moving body (D). The base part (1) includes: a flow passage (R9), one end side of which is used as a discharge port (R9b1) opened at the position corresponding to the other opening (3a2) of the through-hole (3a) and which guides the fluid, which is supplied to the other end side thereof from the outside, to the discharge port (R9b1); and a filter (4) disposed so as to cover the discharge port (R9b1) between the discharge port (R9b1) and the other opening (3a2) of the through-hole (3a). |
