PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving state determination device capable of accurately determining a driving state tend to cause a careless state.SOLUTION: A driving state determination device 1 determines the driving state of a vehicle, and includes: determination means 13 for determining whether a condition is satisfied or not, the condition being one or more selected from following conditions A to D; and decision means 13 which decides that the driving state is different from a driving state when a necessary condition α is not satisfied, the necessary condition α being that the ratio of the number of conditions which is determined to be satisfied to the total number of the conditions which are determined by the determination means 13 is a prescribed value or more. |
