PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a retrieval fails if a concealed part is included in a retrieval object image when the face image retrieval of a person is performed on the basis of a clustering result of an image database device, and further, even if the face is the same person's face and if the face is classified into a different cluster, the face image of the same person included in the image database device cannot be wholly covered.SOLUTION: A clustering is performed by an image clustering device 6 for an internal image database device 5 in which a face image inside a video server device 1 is stored, and a result of applying associative memory learning to a representative image of each cluster is retained as a recollection circuit 9. Further, whether or not the representative face image of each cluster of the internal image database device 5 is mutually the same person is determined by auxiliary information of the character included in the video server device 1 and a recollection circuit 9 inside an image clustering device 6 which is obtained as a result of an associative memory learning using an external image database device 11. |
