PURPOSE: A desiccant air conditioner is provided to lower a temperature without an additional cooler by improving heat exchange efficiency using evaporative latent heat. CONSTITUTION: A desiccant air conditioner comprises a housing (30), a filter (9), a dehumidification rotor (1), a barrier wall (2), air supply and exhaust fans (7,11), a heater (15), and first and second heat exchangers (20,21) which are vertically movable. The housing is divided into a treated air inlet (31a), a regenerative air inlet (31b), a treated air supply (32a), and a regenerative air exhaust (32b). The filter is installed in the treated air inlet and the regenerative air inlet. The dehumidification rotor is installed on a treated air area (1a) and a regenerative air area (1b) in the housing. The barrier wall divides the dehumidification rotor into a treatment section (2a) and a regeneration section (2b). The air supply and exhaust fans supply and exhaust air to/from the housing. The heater heats the air passing through the housing. The first and second heat exchangers are installed in the crossing area of the regenerative air area and the treated air area.
