The terminal device 2 comprises: a maximum communication speed acquisition unit 21 which acquires information about the maximum communication speed of uplink communication from a lower-level device of each subscriber line termination device 1 to each subscriber line termination device 1; a transmission permissible amount calculation unit 23 which calculates a transmission permissible amount of uplink communication from each subscriber line termination device 1 to the terminal device 2 on the basis of information about the maximum communication speed of uplink communication from the lower-level device of each subscriber line termination device 1 to each subscriber line termination device 1; and a transmission permissible amount notification unit 24 which notifies each subscriber line termination device 1 of the transmission permissible amount of uplink communication from each subscriber line termination device 1 to the terminal device 2. |
