PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance mechanism and method for a small-diameter shield segment for safely and reliably delivering segment pieces to an erector supply position in a small-diameter shield tunnel.SOLUTION: The conveyance mechanism for the small-diameter shield segment for supplying the segment pieces as the tunnel is bored by a shield machine, includes a lift truck and an inclined conveyance truck for supplying the segment pieces conveyed by a segment conveyance truck to an erector. The lift truck can change its platform from a horizontal state into an inclined state for delivering the segment pieces conveyed by the segment conveyance truck, and then delivers them onto the inclined conveyance platform of the inclined conveyance truck. There are rollers at positions to contact the segment pieces. |
