PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with an electric wire cover with good assembling workability capable of easily mounting an electric cover to a connector housing with a single hand.SOLUTION: A cover mounting part 13 with an elliptic cross section is provided at a rear part of a connector housing 10. An electric wire cover 30 is divided into two covers, a main body cover 31 temporarily mounted to the connector housing in advance, and a lid body cover 33 jointed to the main body cover afterward and finally mounting the electric wire cover to the connector housing. The main body cover and the lid body cover are provided with mounting parts 31A, 33A sandwiching the cover mounting part during jointing. The mounting part of the main body cover extends to a position beyond a maximum diameter part of the cover mounting part, and temporary locking parts 48, 49 temporarily locked with the cover mounting part are provided at an extension end. An insertion rod 50 inserted in a through hole formed on the cover mounting part to block rotation of the main body projects on the main body cover. |
