PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for a retort pouch, the material capable of suppressing aggregation of protein particles and adhesion to a head space part, which may generate in a conventional packaging material of a transparent laminated film when performing heat treatment for sterilization or the like after filling emulsified drink or liquid food.SOLUTION: In a packaging material for a retort pouch in which contents are liquid-like food, the packaging material for the retort pouch is characterized in that a film at the innermost layer of the packaging material is an olefin-based resin film, in that wet tension before the retorting of a surface to be in contact with the contents of the film is °K≥36 mN/m, and in that three-dimensional surface roughness (SRa) is ≥0.10 μm. |
