<p>The present invention aims to provide a liquid chromatography component including a column and a prefilter, which is hard to cause an increase of supplied liquid pressure even when the measurement of a sample is repeated. The present invention is a liquid chromatography component, which includes: a column with filler particles filled therein; and a prefilter, the filler particles having an average particle size in the range of 2 to 20 µm, the prefilter having a filtering particle size in the range of 1/6 to 1/3 of the average particle size of the filler particles.</p> |
