The clamp has clamping jaws (1.2, 1.4) articulated in a housing (6) that is fixedly mounted at a vehicle i.e. sailing yacht. The clamping jaws are supported by a supporting jaw (1.3) in a clamping position under confinement of an angle clamped between the clamping jaws. The supporting jaw is formed in the housing such that a wedge-shaped recess is formed. One of the clamping jaws is brought into a release position in which a displacement or an elimination of the confinement of the angle clamped between the clamping jaws is carried-out.
