PURPOSE: An extrusion device and an extrusion method of a metal material are provided to maintain an excellent luster and an excellent appearance by blocking from being contacted with oxygen and moisture. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion device of a metal material comprises an extruding mold, an exit cover, an entrance cover, a gas injection unit, and a second gas injection tube. The first gas injection tube is formed in the extrusion mold. The extrusion method of using the extruding device comprises the following steps: an ambient gas is injected through the first gas injection tube; a material is extruded in a fixed length; the exit cover is installed at a leading end of a product; an extrusion is progressed while the ambient gas is injected through the first or the second gas injection tube; while the ambient gas is injected through the second gas injection tube after the extrusion is completed, the entrance cover is installed in a rear end of the product; and in the gas, moisture is removed, and oxygen content is less than 20%.
