PURPOSE: A mobile terminal is provided to charge a battery by using the heat generated at the inside of a terminal body while the mobile terminal is in operation. CONSTITUTION: A battery is mounted on a terminal body. A thermoelectric element (400) is mounted on the terminal body. The thermoelectric element converts the heat generated from the terminal body into an electric signal. A connection part electrically connects the thermoelectric element and the battery in order to deliver the electric signal to the battery and charge the battery. The heat is released from the battery placed at the inside of the terminal body.
