<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent invasion of a foreign matter from the outside of a reaction vessel plate, or environmental pollution to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: This plate is provided with a reaction vessel 5, reaction vessel channels 13, 15, 17, a sample vessel 35, a sample vessel channel 35a, a syringe 51 and a switching valve 63. The reaction vessel 5, the reaction vessel channels 13, 15, 17, the sample vessel 35 and the sample vessel channel 35a have each sealed system. The reaction vessel channels 13, 15, 17 and the sample vessel channel 35a are connected to the syringe 51 through the switching valve 63. A projection channel storage part 35p is provided as a recessed part on the bottom part of the sample vessel 35, and the bottom surface of the projection channel storage part 35p is closed by a penetrable member 35q penetrable by a projection channel 35d. The projection channel 35d is stored in a projection channel storage part 35p by penetrating the penetrable member 35q, to thereby connect the sample vessel 35 to the sample vessel channel 35a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
