PURPOSE: A light injector and a device for recognizing a position of an instruction object are provided to accurately recognize the position of the object on a screen when the object is touched to a temporary position of the screen of a display device. CONSTITUTION: A base substrate (322) includes a light through hole and winding coils. A bearing (324) is connected to the base substrate. A rotation plate (325) is connected to the bearing and includes a light through hole which is connected to the light through hole of the base substrate. Magnets (326) are connected to the rotation plate and generate rotation power by electromagnetic interaction with the winding coils which current is applied. A rotation reflector (321) is connected to the rotation plate and covers the light through hole. The rotation reflector disperses light of the light through hole while the rotation reflector is rotated with the rotation plate.
