PURPOSE: A combined refrigerating and freezing system is provided to apply a heat exchange method differently according to an outdoor air temperature by comprising a refrigerating and freezing system complexly. CONSTITUTION: A combined refrigerating and freezing system comprises a first compressor (10), a second compressor (20), a condenser (30), a first evaporator (50), a heat exchanger (80), and a second evaporator (60). The first compressor compresses a refrigerant for a refrigeration operation of a first space of setting up. The second compressor compresses a refrigerant for a freezing operation of a second space of setting up. The condenser is arranged in order to pass a refrigerant compressed in the first compressor or the second compressor. The first evaporator evaporates a refrigerant passing through the condenser, and supplies a cool air to the first space of setting up. The heat exchanger heat exchanges a refrigerant passing through the second compressor and a refrigerant passing through the condenser. The second evaporator evaporates a refrigerant condensed in the condenser or the heat exchanger, and supplies a cool air to the second space of setting up.
