PURPOSE: An order payment method using an automatic response system (ARS) is provided to facilitate credit card order payment by using a computer telephony integration (CTI) server and an ARS payment server connected to a plurality of member store terminals. CONSTITUTION: A client calls a member store by using a user terminal for ordering a product or food (S1). The user terminal orders the product or the food to one of member terminals connected to a member store server (S2). The member terminal receiving an order requests ARS payment to an ARS server connected to the member store server, and the user terminal is connected to the ARS server (S3). Payment is processed according to an ARS guide of the ARS server (S4). The ARS server informs the completion of order payment to the user terminal, the member store terminal, and a third designation terminal through email or a short message service (SMS) (S5). A storage unit stores payment information, user information, and order information according to the ARS guide (S6).
