PURPOSE: An electric mat equipped with a heating element having anion generation and electromagnetic wave shield performance is provided to generate an anion by including tourmaline in a silicon material of a cladding member. CONSTITUTION: A core member(100) is a straight linear type. An insulating member(200) surrounds the core member. A coil member(300) is wound around the surface of the insulating member in a spiral shape. A cladding member(400) surrounds the insulating member. The cladding member is mixed with a silicon material(410) and tourmaline(420). |
