PURPOSE: A device and a method for injecting nucleic acids to cells are provided to enable continuous operation and to easily change an injection nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A particle injection device comprises: a gas cylinder for receiving and supplying gas; a gas control unit(103) which controls the movement of gas supplied from the gas cylinder; a holder(102) which is connected to the gas control unit and receives particles which are injected together with gas; one or more injection nozzles(101) which are connected with the holder and inject gas and particles; and a power supply unit which controls the gas control unit. |
