PURPOSE: A method for breeding sea squirt is provided to facilitate process of breeding sea squirt by omitting various processes in each step. CONSTITUTION: A method for breeding sea squirt comprises the following steps: manufacturing larval aquatic seed(S101); cross piling up the larval aquatic seed in a seed collecting water tub after removing toxic(S103); dispersing the larval aquatic seed in the seed collecting water tub(S105); connecting the larval aquatic seed to a longline line(S107); harvesting adult sea squirt which is cultured in the larval aquatic seed(s109).
