ROTARY POSITION SENSOR UNIT WITH CAP PART OF INSERT MOLDING TYPE

PURPOSE: A turning angle sensor unit with an insert-molded cap unit is provided to fix a cap unit on the cover unit by using a simple process which insert-molds the cap unit into the cover unit. CONSTITUTION: A turning angle sensor unit with an insert-molded cap unit comprises a rotary shaft (4), a housing (10), a cover unit (20), and a cap unit (40). The rotary shaft is connected to a rotation object. The housing accommodates the rotary shaft through one side which is opened. The cover unit is located in the opened side of the housing; and comprises a first cover unit (20a) which includes a first through hole for the rotary shaft to penetrate the center in the center, and a second cover unit (20b) which has a second through hole whose diameter is larger than the diameter of the first through hole on an extension line of the first through hole in the center. The cap unit is inserted into the second through hole, and formed to have an insertion hole through which the rotary shaft passes in the center.
