PURPOSE: A stern arrangement structure is provided to use an engine room space as a propulsion room by using a motor propelled method for reducing the engine room space. CONSTITUTION: A stern arrangement structure comprises a motor (211), a propeller (220), and an engine space unit (230). The motor converts electric energy into mechanical energy. The propeller propels a ship by using mechanical energy of the motor, and arranged on the stern of the ship. The engine space unit comprises a four stroke engine (231) which uses fossil fuel to produce electrical energy, and supplies the electrical energy to the motor. The engine space unit is located on the upper end of a steering gear room (250). The motor and the propeller are located on the same end of the propeller, and prevent the engine space unit from being mounted on the same unit together with the propeller.
