PURPOSE: A vehicle battery charging device is provided to widely use an inner space of a vehicle by charging a vehicle battery by using a motor driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A motor driving unit (100) includes a convertor (120) and an inverter (110). The convertor boosts a DC voltage level of a battery (10). The inverter provides a motor driving signal to a 3-phase AC motor. A motor unit (200) includes an iron core (210), a primary coil (220), and a secondary coil (230). The primary coil is wound on the iron core to receive AC power. The secondary coil is wound on the iron core to convert the power.
