#CMT# #/CMT# The movement unit has a mechanical energy source i.e. cylinder (16), to promote oscillation of a mechanical time base i.e. swirl unit (14). The base is arranged on a first part (4) of a frame, and exhibits kinematic connection with a gear train (8) that is arranged on second part (2) of the frame to control movement of an hour wheel (12) to ensure displacement of a display element. A time setting and winding rod exhibits another kinematic connection with the source. The source is arranged on third part (6) of the frame when the rod is arranged to swivel on the second part. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Three-dimensional shaped horological movement unit for a movado polyplan watch. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The design of the movement unit allows an outer portion to be entirely arranged on one of parts of the frame, and structure of the portion to be optimized with respect to working precision and performance, irrespective of geometry of an anchor.
