A lift operating method comprises determining the location of the user, giving access authorization, receiving a destination request from the user (49,50) and providing a lift cabin (A1-A6) that the user(s) enter(s). A cabin call is released by the user and it is determined whether the user's position corresponds to the call and whether the user has access authorization for the required destination. An independent claim is also included for a lift system for carrying out the above method. |
