PURPOSE: An impedance matching type sunlight charging/discharging control device, a lighting lamp system thereof, and a control method thereof are provided to perform precise control by determining daytime and nighttime with current time and an output voltage of a solar cell module. CONSTITUTION: A main control unit (210) determines daytime and nighttime with current time and an output voltage of a solar cell module (110). The main control unit generates a first pulse width modulation signal during the determination of daytime. The main control unit generates a second pulse width modulation signal during the determination of nighttime. A first DC-DC converter (220) boosts power outputted from the solar cell module by using the first pulse width modulation signal in order to charge a battery with the power. A second DC-DC converter (230) boosts the charged power of the battery by the second pulse width modulation signal in order to supply the power to a light lamp load (130).
