The present invention is a process for the exploitation of clay-sand lenticular oil wells by the construction of new branched wells or the conversion of current wells into branched wells, which mainly consists in constructing six branches derived from the vertical well; four of them, located in the top (17) and in the base (18) of the well, will be useful for obtaining the hydrocarbon production, while two branches perpendicular to the production branches will be used for injecting the energizing fluid. The injection of this fluid is performed through the production piping, while the crude oil will be obtained from the annular space (20). The production branches will be enabled according to the time, so that the recovery factor may be increased upon achieving an efficient sweeping with the energizing fluid, the process consisting in six production phases. The present invention intends to maintain the pressure of the oil well and increase the production of hydrocarbons entrapped within clay/sand formations.
