PURPOSE: A rotary tilting seat is provided to improve convenience by allowing an old, an infirm, and a disabled person to use a vehicle with small power. CONSTITUTION: A rotary tilting seat is comprised by applying momentum to a seat which is stopped. The rotary tilting seat comprises a motor to perform rotation movements; a gear to decelerate the motor; a chain to transmit power; a pneumatic cylinder to perform tilting movements; a rotation control switch; a tilting control switch; and a device to prevent a seat from leaving a predetermined orbit although the control switch is pushed.
