A one part sealer composition for car steel body reinforcement is provided to improve mechanical properties such as flexural strength, moisture resistance, impact resistance and shear strength, and to prevent the bending at the boundary of a car. A one part sealer composition for car steel body reinforcement comprises (A) 15 ~ 25 weight% of bisphenol A type epoxy resin of equivalent of 180 ~ 200; (B) 3 ~ 17 weight% of butadiene acrylonitrile-modified epoxy resin having an amine end group; (C) 13 ~ 22 weight% of butadiene acrylonitrile-modified epoxy resin having a carboxyl end group; (D) 2 ~ 4 weight% of polyurethane prepolymer; (E) 1 ~ 2 weight% of hardener; (F) 36 ~ 56 weight% of filler; (G) 1.5 ~ 4 weight% of impact modifier; and (H) 3 ~ 7 weight% of reactive diluent. |
