PURPOSE: A handover device of a T-DMB and a handover method thereof are provided to enable a user to seamlessly view content through a communication network. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter (420) transmits streaming content decoding time information received through a broadcast network to a communication network. A receiver (410) receives the streaming content after the decoding point of time from the communication network. A handover control unit (430) performs handover from the broadcast network to the communication network. The broadcast network is a T-DMB network. The point of time is a system time clock of the streaming content, a packet counter of the streaming content, or a UTC reference value.
