PURPOSE: An assembly device for a suspension member is provided to reduce time for a bush assembly work and to simplify an assembly device by assembling a plurality of bushes with a pressurizing unit of a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: An assembly device for a suspension member comprises a shift unit(10), a temporary assembly unit, a pressurizing unit, an inspecting unit(70), and a transfer robot(80). The shift unit shifts an upper surface and a lower surface of a working object to assemble an assembly object to the working object. The temporary assembly unit inserts a plurality of bushes into the working object. The pressurizing unit pressurizes bushes to gradually pressurize bushes. The inspecting unit determines indentation of the bushes on the working object. The transfer robot moves the working object to the shift unit, the temporary assembly unit, the pressurizing unit, and the inspecting unit. |
