PURPOSE: A security service providing system using a mobile communication network and an independent power source is provided to offer environment-friendly energy consumption by operating a camera device using solar energy. CONSTITUTION: A security service providing system includes a solar energy generation device (110), a camera device (120), an integrated control device (200), and a client device (300). The solar energy generation device transmits power state information with regard to the charging state of a battery and a solar cell. The camera device receives the power state information from the solar energy generation device and transmits power control information. The camera device transmits information scheduling an activation time slot and a deactivation time slot to the solar energy generation device and transmits a monitoring image by photographing images of a monitoring region. The integrated control device receives the image from the camera device, analyzes the image, manages the image, and executes processes required for each control function. The client device performs a screen output function for the monitoring image and an alarm function and confirms the charging state information of the solar energy generation device through the power control information.
