PURPOSE: A method for controlling a pressure-variable crusher is provided to change rotation speed when the non-crushable material is jammed and to enhance productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a pressure-variable crusher comprises: a step of setting reverse rotation delay time, counter-rotating frequency, counter-rotating time, and a crushing pressure and driving rotation of the crusher; a step of sensing whether the crushing pressure exceeds the set pressure; a step of progressing additionally crushing when the crushing pressure exceeds the set pressure; a step of crushing at the set pressure and changing rotation direction when the crushing does not proceed; a step of driving the counter-rotating of the crusher for a predetermined time; and a step of crushing in a forward rotation.
