PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED and condensing lens alignment structure and alignment method which makes simple and accurate alignment possible by visual observation without imposing limitations on space.SOLUTION: In an alignment structure and method for an LED 4 mounted on a substrate 1 and a condensing lens 7 located in a lens unit 6 covering the substrate 1 at a position opposed to the LED 4, an alignment use conductive pattern 5 is formed in at least two directions on the substrate 1 intersecting at right angles, and a triangular prism 8 protruding toward the alignment use conductive pattern 5 is formed on a plane of the lens unit 6 opposed to the LED 4. The alignment use conductive pattern 5 is visually confirmed via the triangular prism 8, and the LED 4 and the condensing lens 7 are aligned with each other depending on whether the visual confirmation is possible. |
