PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally-expansible multilayer frame material for a sash, which is superior in appearance, heat insulating properties and fire resistance, and is suitable for mass production.SOLUTION: In the thermally-expansible multilayer frame material for the sash, a thermally-expansible resin composition layer contains 100 pts. wt. of a resin component, 3-300 pts. wt. of a thermally expansible graphite, 3-200 pts. wt. of an inorganic filler and 20-200 pts. wt. of a plasticizer. The resin component contained in the thermally-expansible resin composition comprises at least one of a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin containing chlorine in a range of 60-72 wt. % and EPDM. Each of the thermally-expansible resin composition layer and thermoplastic resin composition layer is formed by a simultaneous coextrusion method. |
