A method and device for implementing group call service are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The method comprises: a user terminal of the cluster group call service receives cluster configuration information, a downlink grant message and/or an uplink grant message from an evolved cell; the user terminal saves the cluster configuration information, the downlink grant message and/or the uplink grant message; if the user terminal is in a group receiving condition at different time, according to the group configuration information, the user terminal shares the downlink resources indicated in the downlink grant message in a semi-persistent scheduling manner, and receives the data of the cluster group call service; and/or if the user terminal is in a group sending condition at different time, according to the group configuration information, the user terminal uses the uplink resources indicated in the uplink grant message in turn in the semi-persistent scheduling manner, and sends the data of the cluster group call service. By implementing the embodiments of the present invention, the overhead of the configuration instruction of the evolved cell can be reduced, and the resource utilization rate can be increased. |
