PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food ingredient display system which displays the name of a food ingredient in the native language or a specified language for consumers, allowing the consumers to easily check the ingredient before purchasing food.SOLUTION: A management server delivers a table of a plurality of ingredient codes assigned to a plurality of ingredients contained in a plurality of foods which are stored with reference to data for expressing the name of each ingredient in a plurality of languages, together with an application program. A client terminal of food makers and the like displays the names of ingredients in a specified language on the basis of the data stored in the table and creates two-dimensional code data to represent the ingredient code assigned to an ingredient selected for the food to be supplied. A portable radio communication terminal of a consumer reads the two-dimensional code related to the food to be checked, searches the table on the basis of the ingredient code or the like, and displays the name of the ingredient in the specified language.
