A method, device, and system for machine terminal communication. The method comprises: parsing configuration information of a physical downlink control channel from a master information block (MIB) received; and receiving on a corresponding physical downlink control channel, on the basis of the configuration information, downlink control information hosted on the physical downlink control channel. In the method, device, and system of the present invention for machine terminal communication, by transmitting to a terminal the MIB containing the configuration information of the physical downlink control channel, a base station allows the terminal to receive on the corresponding physical downlink control channel the downlink control information on the basis of the configuration information. Also provided in the present solution are the device and system for machine terminal communication.
