The protective covering sheet has multiple individual layers, which are stacked on top of each other in a parallel manner. The individual layers comprise a layer (2) having a fibrous layer applied on the concrete wall (1), a separation layer (3) applied on the former layer and an ultra-high performance concrete layer (4) applied on the separation layer. An elastomer layer is applied on the ultra-high performance concrete layer. A fiber-reinforced polymer foam layer is applied on the elastomer layer.
