PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a millimeter wave band filter in which characteristics are prevented from being deteriorated by wavefront conversion, a high degree of freedom is given to design of a radio wave half mirror, and a loss caused by spatial radiation is reduced.SOLUTION: A millimeter wave band filter comprises a waveguide 21 and a pair of planar radio wave half mirrors 30A, 30B. The waveguide 21 is formed from a waveguide tube 22 propagating electromagnetic waves within a predetermined frequency range of millimeter wave bands from one end to another end under a TE10 mode. The pair of planar radio wave half mirrors 30A, 30B are disposed while being spaced apart from each other and confronted in the state of blocking the inside of the waveguide 21, and have characteristics of partially transmitting and partially reflecting electromagnetic waves within the predetermined frequency range. In electromagnetic waves incident from one end side of the waveguide 21, frequency components around a resonant frequency of a resonator formed between the pair of radio wave half mirrors 30A, 30B are selectively outputted from the other end side. |
