PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which permits a danger due to rotation of a handle after an opening is closed to be avoided in a steam sterilizer.SOLUTION: The steam sterilizer in which a lid is moved to the opening side by the rotation of a handle shaft due to rotation of the handle with the free end of an arm located in a holding portion, and packing closes the opening, includes: a locking receiving member having an engagingly stopping hole formed, and rotating together with the handle; and a locking device attached to the arm, and preventing the rotation of the handle by protruding a locking pin with the lid closing the opening and inserting the locking pin into the engagingly stopping hole. |
